Return & Refund Policy

Prepaid Orders

• Refunds are available for eligible prepaid orders.
• In case of a return, the customer will be responsible for both forward and reverse shipping charges, even if shipping charges were not separately charged at the time of purchase.
• Applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Partial COD Orders

• For orders placed using Partial COD payment, only product exchange is available.
• Refunds are not applicable for Partial COD orders.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

1. Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Products must be:Unused and unwashedIn their original conditionWith all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
3. An unboxing video showing the parcel opening and product inspection is mandatory for complaints related to:Wrong item receivedDamaged productMissing item
4. Wrong, damaged, or defective products must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

Exchange Policy

1. Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. A handling fee of up to ₹100 per item may be deducted for exchanges.
3. Return pickup will generally be attempted within 24–48 hours after the exchange/return request is approved.
4. The courier partner will make a maximum of 3 pickup attempts.
5. In rare or exceptional cases, the complete return, exchange, or refund process may take 10–14 working days.

Self-Shipping for Returns

If reverse pickup service is unavailable in your area, you will need to self-ship the product to the following address:
