Return Policy

Prepaid Orders

  • Refunds are available for prepaid orders.
  • Shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Partial COD Orders

  • Refunds are not available for partial COD orders.
  • Store credit will be provided after deducting applicable shipping charges.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  1. Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Products must be:
    • Unused and unwashed
    • In original condition
    • With original tags, labels, and packaging intact
  3. An unboxing video showing the parcel opening and product inspection is mandatory in case of:
    • Wrong item received
    • Damaged product
    • Missing item complaints
  4. Wrong or defective items must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

Exchange Policy

  1. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  2. A handling fee of up to ₹100 per item may be deducted for exchanges.
  3. Return pickup will usually be attempted within 24–48 hours after the request is approved.
  4. A maximum of 3 pickup attempts will be made by the courier partner.
  5. Please note that the complete return, exchange, or refund process may take 10–14 working days in rare or exceptional cases.

Self-Shipping for Returns

If reverse pickup service is unavailable in your area, you will need to self-ship the product to the following address:
