  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, even in case of returns or exchanges.


Serviceable Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • Delivery to certain remote or restricted areas may take additional time or may not be serviceable.


Order Tracking

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment and ensuring availability at the delivery address.


Delivery Guidelines

  • In case of repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to origin.


Unboxing Recommendation

  • Customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video upon delivery.

  • This is mandatory for raising complaints related to damaged, missing, or incorrect items.


Split Shipments

  • In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages to ensure faster delivery. Customers will be informed accordingly.


International Shipping
